RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Around here at BRS, we deal with our clients needs and put stock in giving the best of administrations.
However, it’s in the best interest to comprehend the return/replacement policy prior to raising a return/replacement demand on BRS.

 

Shipping Criteria 

Generally, orders are dispatched within 72 hours from the date of request. For Lead time things, customers will be communicated in like manner with anticipated date of delivery. When the material is transported, it can't be altered or canceled. We acknowledge cancellation till the material isn't shipped from our warehouse.


Return/Replacement Criteria

  • Delivered with any defect.

  • Different from what was ordered.

  • Any part missing 

  • Delivered in a physically damaged state.

  • Significantly different from description given by the supplier


Terms and Conditions

  • Any Product which has been used/worn or altered is not eligible for return

  • Physical damage to the box or to the product cannot be exchanged or returned

  • If the return request is raised beyond the advised timeline, is not eligible for return

  • If returned without original packaging and accessories, is not eligible for return

  • If the sealed package of branded products is opened, then the return policy is voided

  • Brand Packaging should be intact

  • If the Product code/model number is of your choice & on your request, then the return request is not eligible.

  • Replacements will depend on the availability of the item

  • Product must be in its Original Condition

  • If the product has any manufacturing fault, Service will be provided by the Company via authorized Service center

  • Customers must share video with the Customer care team while opening the package in case of an Empty Package/Quantity issue. 

  • Clients should share photos (Exterior picture of the box from all sides, Interior pictures with packaging, harmed item picture, the image of the shipping label) with the Customer care group in the event of damaged or wrong item (Videography will be profoundly valued) inside 48 hours of conveyance.

  • In the case of Industrial goods, the return will only be accepted in case of the wrong, defective, damaged Product, where the customer has to bear the delivery expense. 

  • There are certain categories where return is not possible.

 

All the BRANDED ITEMS are covered under Manufacturer's Warranty & Guarantee Policies.
